Note that videos take a few seconds to load, depending on the speed of your connection. If the video stops, that is because the speed of your local connection is low; the video will continue as soon as enough data has been transferred to you, or you can get it going using the control bar arrow. Don't forget to have your speakers turned up!
You start the video by clicking the arrow just below the bottom left of the video as soon as it shows. You may wish to see this training video full screen. If so, click the icon just below the bottom right of the video as soon as it shows.
The control bar will fade out after a few seconds. To retrieve it, mouse over the lower part of the screen.
